Shipping

We ship the same day if you order before 5 PM. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

You can also choose to pick up your order for free by appointment at our location in Fijnaart, or if you live nearby, we will deliver it to your home.

If your order is more than € 75,- or if you only order jewelry, you don't have to pay any shipping costs with us!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code that you can use to follow your package.

 

Returns

Not satisfied with your ordered items? That can happen! You can return your order (partially) to us within 14 days of receipt (provided it meets the return conditions).

Conditions:
- The product has original labels, tags, and/or cards.
- The item is complete, in original condition, and undamaged.
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- Return the items in their original packaging.
- Be careful with makeup; an item with these stains will not be accepted for return.
- We cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- Perfume can only be returned unopened in its packaging.
- Orders falling outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted for return.
- No guarantee on stones, glitter, shoulder pads, beads, buttons, or pilling of the fabric.
- No washing
guarantee is given. Problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.



How do I return my package?

First, follow the instructions on the packing slip provided:

1. Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, unworn with tags attached, in a shipping bag or box.
2. Make sure there are no other stickers or addresses on your package.
3. Make sure we can identify the sender. Include your completed form. Lost your return form? Download the form below or attach a note with your order number, name, and reason for return.
4. Affix the shipping label with our return address to the package. (return address: Specht 28, 4793 HN Fijnaart)
5. Take your return package to a POST NL point, for example, and pay for the return shipment. Hiring a delivery service in the Netherlands costs approximately €7.25 per package.
6. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or if the package is lost. Always keep the Track & Trace code of your return shipment. Without this code, we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company.

(Processing a return is not possible without an order number or name, so please ensure this is clearly stated on the return form or a separate piece of paper.)

 

Warranty

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them in the right quality. However, it can happen that something happens to your order during transport or that there is something else that allows you to claim a warranty. If the defect falls within the warranty (7 days), we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

If you notice a production error or similar in your received item(s), we request that you report this to us as soon as possible, no later than within 24 hours of receipt, via email to info@fourliss.nl, stating what is wrong with it and including accompanying photos.

If we have not heard anything within 24 hours of receipt, there is no warranty on loops, hooks, pilling, and loose threads.

We do not provide warranty for:
- Stones, glitter, shoulder pads, beads, buttons, or pilling of the fabric.
- Washing: if problems arise after washing your ordered item(s), this is your own responsibility. There is washing advice for each item or you can check the product labels for the best way to wash them.

 

Refunds

You can track your return shipment using the Track & Trace code to see if it has arrived with us. After receiving a return shipment, your return will be processed within 14 days, and the refund will be initiated. You will automatically receive an email with further information about the refund.
