Payment

What payment methods can I use?
- iDeal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact

Can I use multiple discount codes?
- No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can only use one discount code per order.

I forgot to use the discount code, can it still be applied retroactively?
- No, unfortunately this is not possible. The discount code can still be used for a subsequent order, provided it is still valid.

How long is my gift voucher valid?
- Your Fourliss gift card is valid indefinitely.

Shipping & Returns

What is your delivery time?
- We ship your package the same day if you order before 5:00 PM. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?
NL:
Letterbox: €3.95
Standard: €5.95

BE:
Letterbox: €5.95
Standard: €7.95

Shipping is free for orders over €75,- or if you only order jewelry!

Can I cancel my order?
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders. Once you have received the order, you can return it.

Where can I find the status of my order?
- When your package has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace via email, where you can view the status. If you have not received it or have questions about the status of your order, please send an email to info@fourliss.nl

How do I return my order?
- Follow the instructions on the provided return form. Have you lost it? Look here for the steps.

Return conditions
- The product must have original labels, tags, and/or tickets.
- The item must be complete, in its original condition, and undamaged.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- Return the items in their original packaging.
- Be careful with makeup; an item with such stains will not be accepted for return.
- We cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene.
- Orders falling outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted for return.
- No warranty on stones, glitter, shoulder pads, beads, buttons, and/or pilling of the fabric.
- No washing guarantee is given. Problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.

- Download the form here or include a note with your name and order number so we can always identify who a returned package belongs to.

When is customer service available?
- We are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Emails are checked daily, so you can expect a response within 48 hours.
